Events of 2007


2007 Year end News:

Malibu Barbie  had a awesome 2007.  Bunny was Zone 2 Reserve Champion  two year old.  She was in the top ten in the USEF national standings and was PHSA champion in the Non-TB two year old Fillies.  This golden girl rocks !!!

Princeton had a dynamite first year in the hunter breeding ring. With  limited showing,  LZ ended up 4th in yearling standings for Zone 2 .  He was also 5th in the PHSA Non-TB yearling colts and geldings.  What a great way to start his show career !  A star is born !!

Escamade  sure impressed us in 2007.  She only did a handful of shows and was in the top ten in Zone 2.  She also was 3rd in the PHSA yearling pony fillies.  This black beauty has it all !!
 


Upperville News:
It was a great weekend under the oaks at Upperville.  Princeton and Malibu Barbie were in top form.  The brother/sister team won the Blue ribbon in the Get of Sire class.  We were thrilled !!  This is the second year in a row that Malibu Barbie has won this prestigious class.  We are sure they made Zarr a proud papa.

Princeton fit right in with all the southern hospitality at Upperville.  He was 2nd in the non-tb yearling colts and geldings.  He looked like a million bucks !!

Malibu Barbie  was 4th in the very competitive 2 yr old non-tb filly class.  As always she was a dreamgirl !!

Escamade  was a doll at Upperville.  She was 5th in her pony yearling filly class.  The competition was fierce,  but Maddy rose to the occasion.  Bill and I were so very proud of our little princess.


Malibu Barbie  was red hot at Mileview 4.  The temperatures were scoring and "Bunny" was smokin.  She won 2 blue ribbons under the two judge system in the 2 yr. old non-tb filly class.  "Bunny" was also awarded the Best Young Horse Championship honors under both judges.  She also helped her mother win 2 blue ribbons in the Amateur Handler class.

Princeton  continued to shine under the hot sun at Mileview 4.  " The Boss" won blue ribbons  under both judges in the non-tb yearling colts and geldings class.  This is one fancy boy !!

Hat's Off  had it all together at Mileview 4.  "Happy"  strutted his stuff under the blazing hot sun and won a blue ribbon in the Young Hunters Under Saddle.


Hat's Off  stepped back into the ring at St. Christopher's horse show.  The sun wasn't shining but "Happy" sure did, he placed 2nd and 3rd in the Young Hunters Under Saddle.  The boy sure can strut.


Princeton continued to shine at Mileview 3.  "The Boss" was 1st under judge 1 and 2nd under judge 2 in the Non Tb yearling colts, geldings and fillies class.  He also received Best Young Horse honors under judge 2.  "The Boss" sure has all the right stuff !!

Malibu Barbie
 is a dream.  "Bunny" and her mom won another 2 blues in the Amateur Handler class at Mileview 3.  She was also 1st and 6th in the 2 year old Non Tb colts, geldings & fillies class.  What a doll !!

Escamade  made her debut at Mileview 3.  "Maddy" was 2nd under judge 2 and 3rd under judge 1 in the hunter pony yearling class.  This little princess has it all !!!


Hat's Off made his debut in the performance ring one to remember.  He won 2 blue ribbons in the Young Hunters Under Saddle at Wyndsor Horse Show.  Happy has it all going on !!!



Malibu Barbie  continued her winning streak at Mileview 2.  Under the 2 judge system,  Bunny was 1st and 2nd in the two year old non-tb colts, geldings and fillies class.  She also starred in the Amateur Handler class with her mom and repeated with 2 blues.  Bunny has got the look !!!

Princeton  had another great show at Mileview 2.  He won his non-tb yearling colts, gelding and fillies class under judge 1 and was 5th under judge 2.  What a star!!


Princeton made his third time a charm.  At Four Seasons 2 he won his non tb yearling colts, geldings and fillies class.  "The Boss" was awarded the Best Young Horse Championship honors.   He sure has all the right stuff.


Malibu Barbie  continued to strut her stuff on Sunday at Mileview 1.  At this venue there are 2 judges and "Bunny" won 2 blue ribbons in the 2 year old non-tb colts, geldings & fillies class.  She was also awarded the Best Young Horse Championship under judge 1 and Reserve Best Young horse honors under judge 2.  "Bunny"  also helped her Mom win 2 blue ribbons in the Amateur Handler Class !!

Princeton  stepped back into the ring at Mileview 1.  He is really getting into the groove of the show scene.  He placed 2nd and 4th in the non-tb yearling class under the 2 judge system.  We are very proud of him.

Malibu Barbie  started her 2007 season in fine fashion.  At Four Seasons 1 she won a blue ribbon in the 2 year old non-tb colts, geldings & fillies.  She also took home the Reserve Championship Best Young Horse.

Princeton  made his debut into the hunter breeding world at Four Seasons 1.  He got a second place in the non-tb yearling colts, geldings & fillies.  He was a perfect gentlemen.  We are thrilled with this fancy colt!!!!


Society Hill  had a repeat at Our Farm on Saturday.  He won a blue ribbon in both the Pa Bred Yearling class and the Tb yearling colts and geldings class.  "Franklin" was also best Pa Bred Champion.


Society Hill  continued to shine at Mileview 1.  In this 2 judge system he was 1st and 3rd in the Pa Bred Yearlings and won two 2nds in the Tb yearling class.

Congrats to Jamie Maack on the purchase of this fancy colt.


Society Hill  entered the hunter breeding world with a bang.  At his first horse show "Franklin"  took home 2 blue ribbons and a championship.  He won his Pa bred yearling class as well as the TB yearling colts and geldings class.  He was awarded the Best Pa Bred Championship.  We are very proud of his debut.
